Full Registration

  • admission to all conference sessions;
  • one admission to the Welcome Reception;
  • one admission to the ASM Conference Dinner;

Day Registration

  • admission to conference sessions for the selected day;
  • one admission to the Welcome Reception (Wednesday registrants only);
  • catering for the selected day.

Accommodation

You can book accommodation via the online registration portal. Accommodation options and pricing can be reviewed on the accommodation page of this website.  We would recommend booking your registration and accommodation early as November is a busy month in Rotorua.

Payment

Payment can be made on invoice by direct credit (account details will be included on your invoice), or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).  Credit card statements will show debit as Outshine Ltd.  All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include GST of 15%.  Credit card payments are processed via a secure DPS Payment Express gateway, a Level 1 service provider compliant to PCI DSS version 2.0.  Should you wish to register by post, please contact the Conference Managers, and a form will be emailed to you.  Confirmation and a tax invoice will be sent via email upon receipt of your form and fees.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Managers at joanna@outshine.co.nz. Cancellations made prior to Sunday 1 October 2017 will be refunded less $100.00 to cover administration costs. No registration refunds will be made after this date, and refunds for tickets to the social functions will be assessed on a case by case basis. You may elect to reassign your registration, in which case please contact the Conference Managers with the replacement delegate contact details. If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organisers, the conference is cancelled, the registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.

Photography/Video

The New Zealand Anaesthesia ASM is held in a public space, therefore we do not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, news organizations and other companies from photographing or video or audio-taping some conference activities. Additionally, the Organisers may arrange for photos to be taken during the conference. The Organisers reserve the right to use images taken at the conference with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials, including on the internet. The Conference Managers may also use images taken at the conference with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials, including on the internet, with the permission of the Organisers. Conference attendees who prefer their images are neither taken nor published in any format, have the ability to object by sending an email request to the Conference Managers at joanna@outshine.co.nz.

Health and Safety

The Conference Managers, in conjunction with the NZ Anaesthesia ASM Organising Committee and the Conference Venue, are committed to providing and maintaining a safe and healthy meeting environment for all attendees, and to providing the information needed to achieve this. The Conference Managers, in conjunction with the NZ Anaesthesia ASM Organising Committee and the Conference Venue, will take responsibility for providing health and safety procedures whilst onsite, however, all conference attendees need to be aware of their own responsibilities.

Each conference attendee is encouraged to play a vital and responsible role in maintaining a safe and healthy conference environment through:

  • Listening to the health and safety briefing onsite and/or;
  • Reading the health and safety procedure document provided onsite at the registration desk.
  • Ensuring all accidents and incidents that occur onsite at the conference are reported.
  • Informing the Conference Managers, a member of the NZ Anaesthesia ASM Organising Committee or a staff member at the Conference Venue immediately of any health and safety concerns.
  • Respecting your own personal safety and that of other conference delegates and employees.
Privacy

Personal information is collected on behalf of the Organisers. A delegate list will be produced for the conference including name, organization and email address. It will be distributed to conference attendees, sponsors and exhibitors and provided to future organisers of the NZ Anaesthesia ASM. This list will not be provided by the NZ Anaesthesia ASM Organising Committee to any other third party. Should you not wish your details to be included on the list please indicate during the registration process.
