Accommodation
Preferential rates have been secured at the Novotel Tainui, the ibis Hotel and Distinction Hotel. You can book rooms during the registration process. We recommend you book your accommodation before 30 September 2025 to access the preferential meeting rates.
The venue is a 10-minute walk from the conference hotels. A daily return shuttle has been arranged between the Novotel Tainui and Claudelands, one in the morning and one return trip at the close of sessions.

The room rates listed are room only and include 15% GST, and the following terms and conditions apply for both hotels: Any room nights cancelled from the 10 October 2025 will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full accommodation cost.
Novotel Hamilton Tainui

Distinction Hamilton Hotel
100 Garnett Avenue, Te Rapa, Hamilton
