On-Demand Registration

We encourage you to register as an in-person delegate to make the most of the benefits of a face-to-face meeting.  We understand not everyone can make it in person and are pleased to offer an On-Demand registration option, with access to view recordings of the scientific content post meeting.

There will be no live stream of the meeting. 

On-demand attendees will be emailed instructions for access to the recorded content on 19 November. Workshops and some closed sessions as indicated in the programme, will not be available for on-demand attendees.

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include 15% GST. Once your registration process is complete you may select either to pay on invoice or by credit card until the close of earlybird registration (6 October). After this date, payment via credit card will be required.

  • access to the content on-demand from 19 November to 31 January 2025;
    (workshops and some closed sessions as indicated in the programme, will not be available on-demand)

Terms and Conditions

By registering for the meeting, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Up to and including 6 October: Payment can be made on invoice by direct credit (account details will be included on your invoice), or credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex).

From 7 October: You will be required to pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex) during the online registration process.

Credit card statements will show debit as Outshine Ltd and incur a 2% booking fee.

All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Credit card payments are processed via a secure Windcave gateway, a Level 1 service provider compliant with PCI DSS version 2.0. Registration confirmation and a tax invoice will be sent via email upon receipt of online registration.

If your organisation is paying your registration fee and has specific billing requirements, it is the delegate’s responsibility to provide these details during registration. Invoices that fail to meet the organisation’s payment policy due to incorrect or incomplete information will not be reissued. The delegate would then be responsible for arranging payment directly and seeking reimbursement from their organisation.

You may elect to reassign your registration, in which case please contact the Conference Managers with the replacement delegate contact details.

If for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee the meeting is cancelled, the registration fees will be refunded less fees already incurred.

It is expected that you accurately select the appropriate category during registration. During the standard registration review process, you may be contacted to request proof of chosen registration type. If requested, evidence must be provided within 7 days. Failure to do so will result in an automatic update of your registration category, and you will be required to pay the difference in fees.

The on-demand content of the Aotearoa NZ Anaesthesia ASM 2024 will be delivered post event from 19 November 2024 to 31 January 2025. The Organising Committee and Conference Managers will provide clear guidelines on the best operating systems for optimum viewing of the on-demand content. The Conference Managers will take no responsibility or accept requests for a refund if the guidance for viewing is not followed.

Some sessions held during the meeting may be of a sensitive nature and will be closed to all recording including filming, photography and social media posts. By registering for the Aotearoa NZ Anaesthesia ASM 2024, you acknowledge this is the case and agree not to share, distribute or disseminate information as instructed on the programme and/or by the Chairperson of that session.

Personal information is collected on behalf of the meeting’s parent bodies: ANZCA, NZSA and NZATS. A delegate list will be produced for the meeting including name, organisation and email address. It will be distributed to meeting attendees, sponsors and exhibitors and provided to the ANZCA, NZSA and NZATS. This list will not be provided by ANZCA, NZSA and NZATS to any other third party. Should you wish your details to be NOT included on the delegate list please indicate this during the registration process.

Attendance certificates are only provided to individuals registered under delegate categories and are emailed within 24-48 hours of the Annual Scientific Meeting for in-person delegates, or at the close of on-demand viewing for on-demand delegates. Healthcare industry and exhibitor registrations do not qualify for certificates of attendance.

The European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into effect on 25 May 2018. While the Aotearoa NZ Anaesthesia ASM is based in New Zealand, and we do not always have delegates or speakers attend from the EU, as a responsible Professional Conference Organiser we believe it is important we follow the GDPR standards to ensure your personal data privacy is protected. When registering, you will be asked to give your consent to providing your personal information in order to register for the meeting.
