All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include 15% GST.

Registration Inclusions

Full Registration

  • admission to all meeting sessions;
  • one admission to the Welcome Function;
  • one admission to the ASM Dinner;
  • catering for the meeting.

Day Registration

  • admission to meeting sessions for the selected day;
  • one admission to the Welcome Function (Thursday registrants only);
  • catering for the selected day.

You will have the opportunity to book accommodation via the online registration process. It is strongly recommended that you book your accommodation prior to 1 October 2018 to ensure that you receive the negotiated rates. After this date, all remaining rooms will be released and bookings will be subject to hotel availability.

Payment can be made on invoice by direct credit (account details will be included on your invoice), or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Credit card statements will show debit as Outshine Ltd, and will incur a 3% booking fee. Credit card payments are processed via a secure DPS Payment Express gateway, a Level 1 service provider compliant to PCI DSS version 2.0.  Should you wish to register by post, please contact the Conference Managers, and a form will be emailed to you.  Confirmation and a tax invoice will be sent via email upon receipt of your form and fees.


All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Managers at Cancellations made prior to Sunday 30 September 2018 will be refunded less $100.00 to cover administration costs. No registration refunds will be made after this date, and refunds for tickets to the social functions will be assessed on a case by case basis. You may elect to reassign your registration, in which case please contact the Conference Managers with the replacement delegate contact details. If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organisers, the meeting is cancelled, the registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.


The New Zealand Anaesthesia ASM is held in a public space, therefore we do not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, news organizations and other companies from photographing or video or audio-taping some meeting activities. Additionally, the Organisers may arrange for photos to be taken during the meeting. The Organisers reserve the right to use images taken at the meeting with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials, including on the internet. The Conference Managers may also use images taken at the meeting with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials, including on the internet, with the permission of the Organisers. Meeting attendees who prefer their images are neither taken nor published in any format, have the ability to object by sending an email request to the Conference Managers at

Health and Safety

The Conference Managers, in conjunction with the NZ Anaesthesia ASM Organising Committee and the Meeting Venue, are committed to providing and maintaining a safe and healthy meeting environment for all attendees, and to providing the information needed to achieve this. The Conference Managers, in conjunction with the NZ Anaesthesia ASM Organising Committee and the Meeting Venue, will take responsibility for providing health and safety procedures whilst onsite, however, all meeting attendees need to be aware of their own responsibilities.

Each meeting attendee is encouraged to play a vital and responsible role in maintaining a safe and healthy meeting environment through:

  • Listening to the health and safety briefing onsite and/or;
  • Reading the health and safety procedure document provided onsite at the registration desk.
  • Ensuring all accidents and incidents that occur onsite at the meeting are reported.
  • Informing the Conference Managers, a member of the NZ Anaesthesia ASM Organising Committee or a staff member at the Meeting Venue immediately of any health and safety concerns.
  • Respecting your own personal safety and that of other meeting delegates and employees.
Delegate List

Personal information is collected on behalf of the Organisers. A delegate list will be produced for the meeting including name, organization and email address. It will be distributed to meeting attendees, sponsors and exhibitors and provided to future organisers of the NZ Anaesthesia ASM. This list will not be provided by the NZ Anaesthesia ASM Organising Committee to any other third party. Should you not wish your details to be included on the list please indicate during the registration process.

Protecting Your Personal Data

Please note, the European Union’s new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into effect on 25 May 2018. Whilst the NZ Anaesthesia ASM is based in New Zealand, and we do not always have delegates or speakers attend from the EU, as a responsible Professional Conference Organiser we believe it is important that we follow the GDPR standards to ensure that your personal data privacy is protected.
