We recommend booking your social function tickets during your registration, even when included in the registration cost.
While we appreciate circumstances may change, we cannot guarantee late requests to attend social functions. Attendance numbers are required in advance of the meeting, and the earlier we are advised of your attendance the better.
Welcome Function
5 pm, Thursday 7 November
Industry Exhibition, Aotea Centre
Join us for a warm welcome gathering! Connect and collaborate with industry colleagues over light refreshments at the end of the first day of learning. It’s a fantastic opportunity to build new relationships and strengthen existing ones.
Dress code: Smart casual.
Tickets: Included in registration fees. Partner tickets may be purchased for $55 during the online registration process.
Gala Dinner
7 pm, Friday 8 November
Viaduct Events Centre
Connect with fellow attendees and have a fun night out at Friday evening’s Gala Dinner. Hosted at the wonderful Viaduct Events Centre, overlooking the Waitematā harbour.
Our meeting’s theme, working together, will be celebrated through a three-course menu featuring international and local cuisine, interactive activities for some not-so-serious collaboration, and a live band and dance floor to see the evening out.
Dress code: Cocktail.
Transport: Shuttles will be available from our hotel partners.
